I was very pleased with the services of Granite Empire of Louisville.  From Cristina in the showroom,  to the man who came to my house for measurements, to the crew which did the installation. They did a great job! I was hesitant about choosing a granite company so I asked a couple of people who recently did remodeling if they had someone they liked and both people said Granite Empire. We made an appointment to go check out our options. Initially I thought I wanted a white quartz but when I got there I realized I really liked the granite after all. We added a little extra to make a breakfast bar and it was still reasonably priced. We reused our sink so they had to cut the hole on-site, but they did it outside while the other two guys were installing the left side pieces. I was nervous about having seams, but they did such a nice job with them that I have to look hard for them. The sales gal, Christina, was great to work with. The templaters were also great. The installation scheduler was kind of rude - she tried to schedule our install for a date we had told them we would not be available and then said she would put our order at the end of the queue and hopefully they would get to it a few weeks later, no alternate dates given. But I reached out to Christina, who took care of it right away even though it was her day off. The installers were fabulous. They did a great job! Smooth process from beginning to end. Christina was wonderful to work with. Flawless installation, the installers were very professional. My parents had countertops installed last week and they are absolutely beautiful!  Jessi was most helpful and helped us pick the perfect material and color for their kitchen.  From the time they paid the deposit to install was less than 3 weeks.  The install was less than 3 hours.
